4. Delivery

We deliver across the UK. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective. Standard items may be returned within 14 days, subject to restocking fees. All returns require prior approval.
